JUST US Overnight Elopement Info

This is for couples who have booked a Simply US Elopement package

• Welcome to your special day!
• Bring your wedding license.(Don't Forget)
• Check-in to Wedding Cake Cottage early anytime from 2 pm and on. 
• Let us know your approx., arrival time to send you the code to the door for a self check-in.
• Ceremony time will be pre discussed and arranged
• Officiant will arrive just  20 mins before ceremony
• We provide witnesses or bring your own
• If you are inviting guests please have them arrive 10-15 mins before the ceremony and they can park on the side of the road on the same side as the venue in front of the building.
• Your ceremony will be in the Wedding Cake Cottage under the wedding arches.
• There is a beautiful signing table
• We guide you to the ceremony area and tell you when to start walking.
• There will be photography included in your package to have photos taken during and after your ceremony.
• We provide a delicious dinner size charcuterie board for two with local meats, cheeses, crudités, crackers, relishes, spreads and ...... 
• Enjoy your cake that evening as dessert

• Bring any drinks to enjoy with you.
• You are welcome to enjoy the fireplace outside in the evening.
• Stay overnight in the Honeymoon Loft.
• Enjoy the kitchen with tea and coffee and a light breakfast with an Nespresso maker
• Checkout is by 11 am please text us to let us know when you've gone.

Wedding balance payments are made by etransfer to weddingcakecottage@tcc.on.ca we have auto deposit

We schedule a phone call 7-14 days in advance before your wedding to go over everything for your day!

• Officiant and photographer will arrive just 25 mins before ceremony.
• We provide witnesses or bring your own
• If you are inviting guests please have them arrive 10- 15 mins before the ceremony and they can park on the side of the road in front of the building.
• Your ceremony will be in the Wedding Cake Cottage under the wedding arches.
• Chiavari chairs will be set up for your guests and a gorgeous signing table
• If you would like music we have a wireless speaker and play a song while you walk into the ceremony.
• Have anyone you'd like to walk with you 'down the aisle'.
• We guide you to the ceremony area and tell you when to start walking.
• There will be photography included in your package to have photos taken during and after your ceremony.
• A sparkling toast and mini reception will be provided on our vintage bar for everyone to enjoy.
• Included local meats, cheeses, crudités, crackers, relishes, spreads and a medley of mini desserts, and a sweetheart cake for two.
• Your package includes a Dinner it will be served for the two of you  6-6:30 pm
• Your cake will be served as dessert.
• Bring any drinks with you.
• You are welcome to enjoy the fireplace outside in the evening.
• Stay overnight in the Honeymoon Loft.
• The next morning enjoy a lovely breakfast provided for you in the fridge.
• Checkout is by 11 am
