Weddings are our passion, and we (Mary and John), along with our dedicated team, have poured our hearts into creating a truly special experience for you. We cherish family heirlooms, vintage china, and unique touches passed down through generations — all shared with love on your big day.

Our goal is to make your wedding day as memorable and joyful as possible. We pay close attention to every detail, and we enjoy surprising you with little extras throughout the day. As a small business, we never charge for extras or add mandatory gratuities — any tips are entirely at your discretion.

• Small children must be supervised at all times; the venue is located on a busy road.
   
• Guests should park safely on the venue’s side of the road, on the shoulder — parking is free.
   
• Restroom facilities are located inside, at the back of the building.
   
• This is a non-smoking property.
   
• Guests needing accessibility should park as close to the property as possible.
   
• We keep the driveway clear to allow easy access for guests.
   
• The ceremony area will be set up with chairs and a signing table.
   
• A team member will greet your guests on arrival.
   
• Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony.
   
• Members of the wedding party should arrive 25 minutes prior with the wedding license.
   
• The couple should arrive wedding-ready; please contact Mary if you require dressing accommodations.
   

We will schedule a call to confirm important details, including:

• Ceremony choice (select from our ceremony options)
   
• Final guest count
   
• Wedding song selection for processional
   
• Who will walk you down the aisle
   
• Number of people in your wedding party standing up front
   

After the call, please submit your balance payment by e-transfer to:

We use auto deposit and will provide a receipt.

• Tables, chairs, dishes, cutlery, napkins, glasses, and centerpieces
   
• Battery-operated candles for ambiance
   
• Card box and small bouquet available for loan
   

• No flower petals thrown on the floor
   
• No open flame candles
   
• No tape or decor attached to walls, furnishings, or pillars
   

• Fresh flowers or personal centerpieces (drop off 1 day before wedding)
   
• Table runners or additional decor (drop off 1-2 days before wedding)
   
• Guest gifts (drop off 1 day before wedding)
   

Please schedule drop-offs in advance.

Ceremonies, Elopements, Pop-Ups:

• Full payment due by e-transfer 14 days before the wedding.
   

Micro Weddings, Dinner or Lunch-Brunch Weddings:

• Payments made in three installments:
   
  • 1/3 due 60 days prior
     
  • 1/3 due 30 days prior
     
  • Final balance due 14 days prior via e-transfer
     

We provide a Smart Serve certified bartender at your event for $300 to serve alcohol, following Ontario provincial laws (AGCO).

• Weddings over 40 guests require two bartenders.
   

Bar Options & Insurance Requirements:

• Bar #1: Wine, beer, cider, and seltzers only (no hard liquor)
   
  • Requires party alcohol liability insurance with a minimum $3 million coverage (PAL Canada)
     
• Bar #2: Includes hard liquor, liqueurs, wine, beer, cider, seltzers
   
  • Requires party alcohol liability insurance with a minimum $6 million coverage, plus a liquor permit from AGCO (AGCO)
     

Please bring printed insurance policies to your event.

We recommend using large bottles of mixers for ease of service.

• This is a private, invitation-only event; alcohol sales are prohibited.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service and/or shut down the bar if guests become aggressive or overserved.
   
• We monitor alcohol consumption closely and may cut off service to guests exceeding limits.
   
• A One Glass Reception policy will be in effect: guests select one glass for the evening, which we will refresh and clean to reduce waste.
   

Suggested amounts:

• 3 beers per guest
   
• ½ bottle of wine per guest
   

Example: For 24 guests, plan approximately 2 cases of beer and 12 bottles of wine.
