Pop Up and Mini Reception Package Info

Welcome to your special day! 

This is a two hour package 

Don't forget your license 

• Please tell your guests to park on the same side of the road as the venue safely on the shoulder 
• Small children need to be supervised at all times. The venue is on a busy road.
• Ceremony time is normally 1-3 or 2-4 pm
• One half the couple please arrive 20 mins before your scheduled ceremony with the wedding license. 
• Please have your guests 15 mins before the ceremony  
• Your ceremony will be at the front of the arches
• Chiavari chairs will be set up for your guests and a beautiful signing table 
• The bathroom is located inside back of the building. 
• Have anyone who needs special accessibility to park as close to the property as possible. · We keep the driveway clear for guests to walk into easily accessing the building and small property.  
• We guide you from the moment you arrive right thru the ceremony. We arrange guests where to be seated etc. 
• There is photography included in your package to have photos taken during and after your ceremony and afterwards, up to 60 mins.
• Your time for use of the property is 2 hours inclusive of ceremony and mini reception.
• The food and beverages will come out after the ceremony. 
• Let us know any food allergies pls
• 14 days before the wedding - We schedule a pre-wedding call     
• On the call please let us know your choice for your ceremony.

• After the call we request you pay your balance by etransfer to and will send you a receipt.
