Pop Up and Mini Reception Package Info

• Ceremony Times: Typically 1–3 PM or 2–4 PM
   
• Please bring your wedding license and have one half of the couple arrive 20 minutes before the ceremony
   
• Ask your guests to arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony
   
• Parking: Please have guests park safely on the same side of the road as the venue, on the shoulder
   
• For guests needing special accessibility, please arrange for them to park as close to the property as possible
   
• The venue is on a busy road; small children must be supervised at all times
   
• The ceremony will take place at the front of the wedding arches
   
• Chiavari chairs will be set up for your guests along with a beautiful signing table
   
• The bathroom is located inside at the back of the building
   
• The driveway will be kept clear to allow easy guest access
   
• We will guide you and your guests from arrival through the ceremony, including seating arrangements
   
• Photography: Included in your package—photos during and after the ceremony for up to 60 minutes
   
• Your 2-hour use of the property includes the ceremony and a mini reception with food and beverages served afterward
   
• Please notify us of any food allergies in advance
   

During this call, we will confirm:

• Your choice of ceremony (select from our options)
   
• Final number of guests
   
• Wedding song choice for your walk-in
   
• Whether anyone will be walking you down the aisle
   
• Number of people in your wedding party standing with you
   

• After the call, please submit your balance payment via e-transfer. We will send you a receipt promptly.
